1. Are these paintings original and handmade?
Yes—every painting in The Qala Gallery is handmade by one artist. Nothing is printed, reproduced, or mass-produced. When you buy a painting, you own the only one in existence.
2. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We carefully pack and ship every painting across India. Fragile pieces are wrapped with extra care to ensure they reach you exactly as they left the studio.
3. Can I commission a custom painting?
Absolutely. If you have something specific in mind — a subject, a colour palette, a size — reach out via WhatsApp or email and we will work with you to create something made entirely for you.
4. Is the painting exactly as shown in the photo?
Yes — every painting is photographed as accurately as possible. Since these are handmade originals, slight variations in colour may appear depending on your screen and lighting conditions.
5. What if my painting arrives damaged?
We pack every piece with great care but if something goes wrong in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?
Yes. Let us know at the time of enquiry and we will wrap it beautifully and include a handwritten message card from the artist at no extra charge.
Since every painting is a one-of-a-kind original, we do not accept returns. However if there is a genuine issue with your order please reach out and we will always find a fair solution.

8. Are the framed sets sold together or separately?
Sets like the Nava Durga series and the Shree Trio are sold only as complete sets — they are designed as one unified composition and separating them would diminish the work. Pricing is for the complete set.
9. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we work with corporates for Diwali gifting, employee appreciation, and event gifting. Reach out via email for bulk enquiries and we will put together something special.
